Once you have submitted your local offer request in the FAQ here our team will add this to our platform within 1 week.

Once live your offer will show in the 'local' category in the TOTUM app as shown below;

Once a local offer is live on TOTUM your students' will be able to find it listed under the 'local' offer category or by directly searching for the offer name;

Once a local offer is opened a summary of the offer, t&c's, and a map showing the location of the offer will be shown;

Once 'Get Offer' is selected an option to Show ID will appear, clicking this will open up the member's TOTUM Digital card to present in person.
