Most colleges and universities have their academic email address domains registered with TOTUM. This allows their students to verify with their email address when applying for a TOTUM membership.
If you'd like to check which email domains your organisation have registered with us, or you'd like to add any new/additional domains please create a ticket at the top of this page and confirm these details to us.
Once the applicant enters their academic email address on the step shown on the screenshot below, we will then email a verification link to them.
The email address we send from is firstname.lastname@example.org - Please request your IT team whitelist this email address to ensure your students receive our email.
